I'd recommend Park's Honda Inverness to anyone because the friendliness and professionalism displayed by Jim Moore was excellent. He let me have a test drive of the car I was thinking of buying, then offered to take me a drive to show me many of the features within the vehicle, some of which I was not aware of until then. He obviously knows the cars he sells, which I feel instils confidence in the buyer. Although I have not been contacted since handover, I was happy in the knowledge that I could contact Jim with any queries. He offered to send me videos of how features within the vehicle works if I was ever stuck. I feel that, going forward from the sale, I will always be looked after, and this makes me feel valued and appreciated as a first-time customer of Parks Honda Inverness, and a buyer of a Honda vehicle. I'd endorse Park's Honda Inverness because the interaction with staff was excellent. They made the process friendly, simple, and easy to understand.
